Villa Kyra

Villa Kyra is a sunny villa with pool nestled in a stunning natural landscape which embraces also the renowned natural park of Portoselvaggio just a few minutes away. Perched on a hillock in a vantage position relative to the sea, the villa offers breathtaking views from each room, including all three bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The sea is only 900 m away, though through a rocky coastline, whereas in a couple-of-minute-drive you can reach the beautiful sea resort “Litos”, overlooking crystal-clear waters. The wonderful pristine bays of Torre Uluzzo and Portoselvaggio await at about 5-minute drive. For the beach lovers, the sandy beaches of Sant’Isidoro are 5 km away and those of Porto Cesareo 14 km afar.

Recently restored and decorated with a minimalist and elegant style, the house combines local architectural features -such as the floor paved with the local stone and the shower rooms overlaid with marble- with design pieces of furniture and all modern comforts.

Villa Kyra comprises two floors. On the upper-ground floor, one accesses an airy open-space living room with kitchen area, dining table, relax corner, and a toilet. This main space offers wonderful views of the surrounding landscape through ample windows which make it very sunny. From here, one then reaches two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, and one of which with a private little sea-view terrace, shaded and equipped with a sofa. With access from outside, one gets down to the lower-ground floor where there is the third double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The garden, covering 3000 sq.m., thrives with Mediterranean plants and scented shrubs and features also a small pond. The sea-view pool measures 14 m and is contoured by a solarium area equipped with sunbeds. Lastly, an outside dining area with BBQ has been set up under a nearby pergola, so to enjoy al-fresco dining with a view. The grounds are enclosed by a wall, tall enough to secure the property and preserve its privacy (the only neighbouring villa is screened off by a taller wall and the greenery), while not obstructing the panorama in whatever direction.
