Description
Villa with swimming pool, in the countryside surrounding the seaside locality of Santa Caterina di Nardò and only 800 m distant from the natural park “Portoselvaggio” overlooking the sea; Villa Mirea is characterized by its simple yet extremely accurate interior décor, featuring both old and contemporary pieces blended together in a harmonious ensemble. Very bright and cozy indoor, the Villa also invites to relaxing moments outdoor in the Mediterranean garden, with fruit trees, olive trees and succulent plants.
Layout: 2 double bedrooms; 1 twin/double bedroom; all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (3 bathrooms with shower in total + 1 toilet with no shower in the swimming pool area). It is possible to request an extra single bed, and up to 2 cots.
The house is characterized by its vast and very bright living area, serving at the same time as entrance hall, dining room and sitting room. The kitchen with storage closet is fully equipped, also with dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, mixer, kettle and other small kitchen devices.
A very nice patio outside, furnished with a 6-seat dining table and chairs as well as with sofa and armchairs, allows enjoying relaxing and convivial moments in the quietness of the garden.
Last but not least, the swimming pool with a hydro-massage corner, enclosed by a solarium area provided with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a small toilet (with no shower), is perfect for having a refreshing plunge every time you want, while sunbathing in the garden.
