A beautiful villa with shared swimming pool, only 2,8 km away from the sea (flat rocks) and 7,5 km from the wonderful beaches of Lido Pizzo. The villa consists of 6 units which have been built following the architectural style typical of local “Lamie”. It is possible to rent the whole Villa or one or more of its units separately, which all overlook on the vast and well-kept Mediterranean garden, with pergolas and furnished areas for relaxing; within the premises of the property, there is also a horse stable and riding circle (to the exclusive use of the proprietor). The interior décor is charming and features beautiful pieces of furniture, giving hints of colour to the white tone typical of the local construction stone “pietra Leccese” and of the white-washed walls.

Splendid trulli dating back to 1876, completely and beautifully renovated. Layout: living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen; 1 shower room; laundry closet; sleeping area consisting of 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 1 twin and 1 single), each with exit to the garden, and a second shower room. Outside, surrounded by the scented Mediterranean garden, a shaded pergola equipped with table, chairs and other garden furniture allows to enjoy one's meals in the summer air. In addition, if on one hand, the thick walls typical of that kind of construction permit to keep the indoor pleasantly cool in the hot summer months (though air conditioning is provided); on the other, the old wood stove in the living room and the electric heating in the bedrooms make the house warm and comfortable also over the winter months.

The weekly prices include: electricity, water and gas utility charges; bed and bathroom linen (linen change every 3 days); final cleaning fee.
