Approximately 20 meters from the main house, you'll find a charming and intimate annex. While usually occupied by the owners in August, it can be rented during the other months of the year, either separately or in conjunction with the main villa.

Despite its peaceful seclusion, Masseria Don Mattia is conveniently located just 2 km from the charming village of Spongano, accessible by a scenic country lane perfect for a leisurely bike ride. A nearby shopping center, usually open on Sundays, provides added convenience for weekend arrivals and departures. The coastal town of Castro, with its picturesque harbor, ancient castle, and recently discovered statue of Athena, is just a 15-minute drive away.
