Casa Alèa

Casa Alèa is a charming villa, especially bright, situated in the countryside not far away from the sea (5 km from Castro). It is characterized by a typical rural atmosphere, that is enriched by the simple, yet tastefully decorated interior, featuring many pieces hand-painted by the owner herself, inspired by the surrounding nature.
The main entrance is characterised by a central arc, built in stone dating back to the Messapian era and taken from those used to enclose the area. The property is enclosed by drystone walls (an area of 6.700 sq.mt.) and presents olive groves, fruit trees and mediterranean scrub.

In the garden, at around 30 mt from the main house, there is also an above-ground stone swimming pool (4m*4m*1,20m).

The house features a large open space living area with a dining corner equipped with a 6 seat table, a cooking corner also equipped with a small dishwasher, a sitting corner with stone sofa-bed (80mt * 1.90mt) and fireplace; 1 double bedroom (1.60mt * 2mt) and 1 twin/double bedroom (2 beds of 0.80mt * 1.90mt) both with ensuite bathroom with shower. Both the bedrooms and the living area have direct access to the backyard large pergola, shaded with reed mats, and equipped with a large table and chairs, 2 sun beds, an outdoor sofa with armchairs  and stone benches. Outside there is also an antique stone oven, stone seats and a large table providing a relax corner where to enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature around.

Outside, not far from the main building, there is a small annex (4m*4m), with 1 double/twin bedroom (2 beds of 0,80m*1,90m) and 1 toilet (no shower).
