Casa Il Loggiato

This beautiful apartment overlooking the sea with direct access to the sea-water, is part of an early 20th century building. Its main characteristic is the spacious covered terrace/living area, equipped with sofas, white wicker beds with matching cushions and a large dining table for 12 people, from which one can enjoy a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea. From there, one really gets the impression of being on the bows of a ship; wherever you look, even from the bedrooms, you see only the sea, the coast and the village, all breathtakingly beauty.

The apartment is built on two floors. On the lower floor there is a living/dining room with 2 sofas, a fully-fitted kitchen (provided also with dishwasher), and a toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with sea view, of which 2 master bedrooms and 1 smaller room with 2 bunk-beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms are provided with air conditioning and have a view of the sea.
Outside: the house has a private path of the building with stairs that leads to an equipped cove on the sea (sunbathing platforms, on various levels, with steps to access the sea) that is shared only with the other apartments of the complex, each with its own allocated space and shared external showers too .
