Villa Il Faro is a typical villa with swimming pool facing the sea located in the beautiful Castro, a small town characterized by breathtaking scenery and beautiful coastlines. Only a 120 m away from the sea, the villa is located in a strategic and privileged position that makes it unique. Surrounded by lush pine trees, the villa is situated in the sought-after "Zinzulusa" area, close to the grotto with the same name, and offers a stunning view on the coast towards Castro and towards Santa Caesarea. The villa has all typical characteristics of local houses with dry stone walls, Mediterranean scrub and maritime pines, but its uniqueness lies in a beautiful terrace that surrounds it and, with a beautiful swimming pool, seems to jut out into the sea offering guests an enchanting view. The villa is accessed via a stone staircase or by a picturesque trail nestled among the pines. A barbecue and two showers are located outside. The decor is typical of a seaside villa, fresh and modern, with new equipments and fans in all bedrooms, offering guests a relaxing holiday.

Villa Il Faro is surrounded by a large terrace with swimming pool overlooking a vast garden of typical Mediterranean trees and plants and the sea. The house offers a comfortable living room overlooking the sea, a spacious kitchen, a scullery with a washing machine, a double bedroom with sea view, a second single bedroom also with sea view, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A quaint and charming bungalow, "La Casina", is part of the property. It features a terrace and a beautiful garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation, a dining room with a modern kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with 2 uncovered parking spaces.

The following additional services are available upon request:
- Dinghy with rigid keel of 3.80 m with 25 hp, bookable for a minimum of one week, to be paid in advance at the agreed price (petrol excluded).
- Day trips to Greece (Othoni) with dinghy and skipper, or trips to the sea of Salento.
- Bed and bathroom linen per € 25,00/person, in addition to the weekly set provided.
- Car rental for the entire stay.

Distances

Sea: 120 m sea access through rocks. Please note: for those who are not accustomed to walk on and bathe in the rocky coastline we recommend the use of rubber shoes.
Beach club: The "Zinzulusa" at 300 m with access to a natural saltwater pool. In the nearest village (Castro) boat rental for excursions in picturesque coves with crystal-clear water.
