Villa Le Querce

Villa Le Querce is a modern villa with pool located in Torre dell'Orso, at a few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches of Salento, as well as from any downtown facility. It is a property of recent construction, that is thus characterized by airy interiors finished to a high standard, decorated in a contemporary style, and provided with all comforts.

One accesses the house walking across the pergola and then entering in the spacious living/dining room, set on one side as a well-equipped kitchen. From this space, a corridor on the left makes way to two of the bedrooms: one double bedroom with an adjoined shower-room, and another double bedroom with en-suite shower-room. Crossing the living room again to the other side, one finds the third double bedroom, which has a French-window overlooking the pergola, and which is also provided with its own private shower-room, that is a couple of steps lower than the ground floor. Going back to the living room, one exits on the backyard of the house, where just on the right there is an uncovered staircase descending to the basement, leading to the fourth double bedroom with en-suite shower-room.

Outside there is a vast garden with a little holly-oak wood, offering nice spots of shade and coolness around the house. The property has two gateways, the one for the Guests, that one finds a few meters after turning from the main road bordering the villa, and the one on the back, that is used by the house staff. Since the villa is bordered by a main road, it is likely to hear the comings and goings of vehicles when staying outside; however this does not represent a problem from the inside of the house, which has been soundproofed from the farthest noises, but without being insulated from the pleasurable natural sounds of the garden next to the house. On the front façade, as already mentioned there is a pergola equipped with an 8-seat dining table. Whereas from the backyard one gets to the vegetable garden and the pool area, which extends lengthwise on the other side of a dividing wall, past which one finds first two outdoor showers and a toilet. The pool area is equipped with sun-beds and beach umbrellas, and looks towards the back gateway of the villa.
