Description
A beautiful villa with shared swimming pool, only 2,8 km away from the sea (flat rocks) and 7,5 km from the beach of Lido Pizzo. The villa consists of 6 units which have been built using the architectural style typical of local “Lamie”. It is possible to rent the entire Villa or one or more of its units separately, which all overlook on the vast Mediterranean garden, with porticos and furnished areas for relaxing; within the premises of the property, there is also a horse stable and riding circle (to the exclusive use of the proprietor). The interior décor is charming and features beautiful pieces of furniture, giving hints of colour to the white tone typical of the local construction stone “pietra Leccese” and of the white-washed walls.
Layout: large and welcoming living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen corner; single sofa-bed; 2 bathrooms with shower; 2 bedrooms (1 master and 1 twin). Outside shaded verandah equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
Amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, mosquito nets, shared laundry area, TV, alarm system, safe, hairdryer, barbecue, heating system, 3 outdoor showers (common swimming pool area). The amazing swimming pool area, equipped with sunbeds and deck-chairs (with pool measuring 18mt length, from 4 to 8 mt width, form 1 to 2.5 mt depth), is in common use with the other dépendances of the villa; the pool's water is salted, with a low level of chlorine.
The weekly prices include: electricity, water and gas utility charges; bed and bathroom linen (linen change every 3 days), final cleaning fee.
