Notes: easy access to the sea from the property, either by a narrow path on rocks (about 40 m) or on the beach, with or without beachclubs, at 100 m. The house is without doubt very comfortable and charming, not only because of its tasteful furnishings or its closeness to the sea, but also its easy reach to the historic centre of the town (500 m).
