Superbly positioned apartment in Otranto, part of a residential complex surrounded by a flourishing garden, olive trees, bougainvillea and wayfaring trees, about 400m from the sea and the village. The different apartments are disposed in groups of minimum 1 and maximum 4 apartments. The outside spaces of the apartments on the ground floor are larger than those of the first floor apartments.
