Description
Villa Aletta is a modern-style house with swimming pool, located in the beautiful countryside around the town of Casarano, at only 1,5 km from the town centre and at around 12 km from the beautiful beaches and turquoise water of Torre San Giovanni (Ugento). On the first floor: the staircase in the living room leads up to the suite bedroom (with a king-size bed and the possibility to add an extra single bed) with bathroom with shower, to its exclusive use. Wide glass windows then give access to a beautiful shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. This amazing outdoor space is characterized by wooden flooring and a crystal balustrade. Next to this one, there is another terrace paved with the typical local stones, so-called “chianche”.
Outside, a vast shaded pergola with an 8-seat table and garden furniture allows relaxing and pleasant moments in the summer afternoons and nights. Further on, there is the swimming pool area, equipped with beach umbrellas and sunbeds.
All property land, of around 10.000 sq.mt., is enclosed by walls.
