Description
Wonderful villa in Marina di Pulsano, characterized by panoramic sea-view and direct access to the sea, both as a beach and as easily accessible rocks, where one can plunge and have a swim in crystal-clear turquoise waters with sheltered and shallow lagoons.
The villa is built on two floors.
Ground floor: from the rear of the house, where there is the parking area, one enters inside where a corridor makes way to the various rooms. The kitchen also opens onto the outside sea-view furnished verandah, provided also with a 4/6-seat table.
Upper floor: from the corridor a staircase leads up to the upper floor where another corridor makes way to other 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and specifically: a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub (and bidet), and private sea-view terrace; a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower (no bidet), and with a balcony; another double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub (and bidet), and with a balcony.
