Lantana 4

Superbly positioned apartment in Otranto, part of a residential complex surrounded by a flourishing garden, olive groves, bougainvillea and wayfaring trees, about 400m from the sea and the village. The different apartments are disposed in groups of minimum 1 and maximum 4 apartments. The outside spaces of the apartments on the ground floor are larger than those of the first floor apartments. All of the houses in the complex have an independent entrance from the garden, except Alloro 2 and 4. The furniture was mostly commissioned in Marocco to local artisans, and fits in well with the local style.

The apartments benefit from the extensive outdoor, shady, green spaces with bamboo pergolas and colonial style outdoor furniture, which encourage guests to enjoy the coolness and the relaxing environment. Lantana 4 is on the ground floor with 1 master/twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living/dining room, a small kitchen with oven and gas rings, and terrace of 50 sq.mt.
