Villa Le Macchie

Villa Le Macchie is situated in a splendid area, it is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and has a pool (5*10 m) and a direct access to the sea. The villa is built on two levels and the first level has the typical star shaped vaulted ceilings.

1st Level: The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, a dining room with a table with seating for 10-12 people, fireplace and sea view and a living with sofas, armchairs, a table and a fireplace. Next to the living there is a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a table with seating where it is possible to have lunch or dinner with the fragrances of the garden and a view of the Adriatic sea. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms with shower, a third bathroom is for the use of the other two bedrooms.
There is also access from the living room, on one side, to a large lodge equipped with a table and chairs and, on the other side, to a beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped with sofas and armchairs.

2nd Level: external stairs lead down to the second floor where there are a further 3 double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite shower room. All of these rooms have independent access to the garden. A corridor leads to a second bathroom/shower shared by the other two bedrooms. The property is equipped with a washing machine. A shaded stone path which crosses through the pines, leads down to the sea, and a drop into the sea. There is a concrete platform, which is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an umbrella. The pool with sea view and equipped area, is located on the back of the villa. The property offers shaded parking for two/three cars.
