On the ground floor, there is a bright living area, a generous double bedroom with a loft featuring three single beds and an en-suite bathroom (perfect for families), a toilet and a kitchenette, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, which opens onto a furnished patio ideal for alfresco dining. The patio overlooks a tranquil garden, from which a staircase leads up to a furnished terrace. This terrace, shaded by a pergola and offering panoramic views of the landscape, provides access to a second double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
