Superbly positioned apartment in Otranto, part of a residential complex surrounded by a flourishing garden, olive trees, bougainvillea and wayfaring trees, about 400m from the sea and the village.

The different apartments are disposed in units of minimum 1 and maximum 4 apartments. The outside spaces of the apartments on the ground floor are larger than those on the first floor apartments. All of the houses have an independent entrance from the garden, except Alloro 2 and 4. The furniture was mostly made in Morocco by local artisans, and fits in well with the local style.

The apartments benefit from the extensive outdoor, shady, green spaces with bamboo pergolas and colonial style garden furniture, which encourage guests to enjoy the coolness and the relaxing environment.

All apartments have an extra sofa-bed, TV, and washing machine.

Bougainville 2 is on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms (2 double/twin and 1 single), 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub), living/dining room, kitchen with oven and gas rings, and spacious private area outside.
