Locorotondo

Locorotondo belongs to the "most beautiful villages in Italy" label and its name comes from the circular shape of the town. It is particularly renowned for the production of quality white wine. It has a substantial historic centre characterized by houses with gable roofs. Among the various monuments, the neoclassical Madre San Giorgio Church is worthy of note.
